We would like you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase from Lucky Lantern. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds

Lucky Lantern will provide a refund if:
  • a product is faulty
  • there is gross misrepresentation in the product's description on our website, in comparison to the item you received

Lucky Lantern does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

Conditions for Refunds

  • We will refund the original purchase price, the original shipping charge and the return postage cost
  • Lucky Lantern must receive the faulty product within 4 weeks from the date you placed your order (8 weeks for international orders)

Exchanges

Lucky Lantern does not exchange fabrics and trims as they are all cut to order. However, we will happily exchange or provide a credit note for change of mind purchases on all other products.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must be:
    - unused
    - unopened
    - re-sellable condition
  • Lucky Lantern must receive the product within 4 weeks from the date you placed your order (8 weeks for international orders)
  • Shipping will need to be paid for on the new item
  • We are unable to refund the cost of the original shipping and return postage
  • Any differences in price between the original and exchanged item will be charged or reimbursed

If you would like to request a refund or an exchange, please follow the steps below to ensure your request is handled efficiently.


#1 - CONTACT US

Please send us an email and include the following information in your email:
  • the reason for your refund/exchange request
  • your invoice number
If you are unable to find your invoice number, please include the following information:
  • your name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • the shipping address your order was delivered to

Once you have emailed your request, you will receive a reply within 48 hours.

#2 - RETURN THE GOODS

Please do not return any products unless you have contacted us and received a return authorisation email. This email provides you with confirmation that we have received your request and it provides you authorisation to return the goods. The return authorisation will contain information on where to ship your goods.

It is strongly recommended that you return your products by registered post, as Lucky Lantern cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged during transit. Please also ensure the products are packaged accordingly to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds and exchanges must be received by us within 4 weeks from the date you placed your order (8 weeks for international orders) in order for your refund or exchange to be accepted and processed.

#3 - PROCESSING YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Once Lucky Lantern has received your item and it meets the refund/exchange conditions, your refund/exchange will be processed within seven days of receiving the product.

Refunds

If payment for your order was made by:
  • Credit card – you will be reimbursed by credit to your credit card.
  • Bank deposit - you will be reimbursed by bank deposit.
  • Cheque/Money order - you will be reimbursed by a cheque.

Exchanges

Additional changes
  • Shipping charges apply for the new product being shipped.
  • Any differences in price will be charged.
  • Additional charges, including new shipping charges will need to be paid before the item is shipped out.
  • Products will ship once the additional charges have been paid.
Reimbursements
If payment for your order was made by:
  • Credit card – you will be reimbursed by credit to your credit card.
  • Bank deposit - you will be reimbursed by bank deposit.
  • Cheque/Money order - you will be reimbursed by a cheque.
